HOW IT WORKS
Ready to get a painting but have some questions? See if your question is answered below. If not, please use the Contact form to inquire about a painting or the process of purchasing.
To inquire about purchasing a contemporary painting, please contact me.
If you wish to purchase a pet portrait:
1. Email me by using the contact form on this site and tell me about your pet and attach pictures.
2. I will contact you and tell you what I can do for your painting, and if you would like to proceed,
3. Pay the deposit by clicking on the DEPOSIT item for your kind of pet
4. You will receive notification that your deposit was received and I will being work on your painting. You will be able to choose a background color.
5. I will send you a notification when your painting is complete. If you are happy with your painting,
6. Pay the remaining balance owed and the painting will be packaged and mailed within 48 hours
HOW TO ORDER
SHIPPING
If you have ordered a contemporary painting, you will receive an email letting you know when the painting will be shipped. It will need to be prepared and packed. Please note that shipping costs can vary GREATLY depending on the size of the painting. Shipping companies like UPS and FedEx determine cost based on box size and weight.

If you have purchased a pet portrait, I will complete your painting in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. Please keep in mind that there may be other paintings in progress and scheduled ahead of yours. I will let you know the time frame when you order and send me your photos. If you need to know before you order, please contact me. Paintings are completed in the order in which I receive the photos. Once your painting is complete, I will send you a photo of it via email. If you are pleased, it will be shipped the next business day.

If you have purchased a pet portrait as a gift for someone else, you will receive a gift certificate via mail or email (your choice). The cost of the gift certificate includes shipping for the painting.

CARING FOR YOUR PAINTING
Your painting has been created on a linen stretched gallery canvas with acrylic paint. Because your painting is on a gallery canvas and the profile edges have been painted, there is no need to frame your painting.
Just like anything else on the wall, paintings can gather dust. You can wipe your painting with a clean cloth or use a feather duster. You can also use a light form of compressed air (such as the canned compressed air that can be purchased to clean the dust out of a computer keyboard). You should not use any sort of cleaning solvent on your painting. Try to avoid touching the surface of the painting, as the skin contains oils and acids that can affect the surface.

When finding a place to hang your painting, you avoid environments containing bright light (such as a place on the wall that gets direct sunlight everyday), high heat, and high humidity.

RETURNS
I stand by my work. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me so that we can discuss your issue. If you have purchased a contemporary painting and you decide within 14 days of receiving the painting that you would like to return it, you may do so at your own expense. The painting must be insured and packed in the same way in which it arrived. As long as there is no damage to the painting once it is returned, you will receive a full refund.

If you have purchased a pet portrait, the cost of the painting is not refundable unless I cannot complete the painting due to some unforeseen circumstance.
